“I’ve had dogs most of my childhood and during our marriage. When our last dog (a Doberman) died 7 years ago, I called a halt. I just didn’t want to go thru the emotional challenge of another dying dog.”
“Health has always been a major concern for me. I went thru puberty very young and was always aware of my body and the changes it goes through. I am also a major advocate of preventive health. I strongly believe my body knows what to do to keep me well, but sometimes it needs a boost with supplements and alternative medicine as well as getting tetanus shot every 10 years. I am also convinced that how we think has a huge influence on our level of health.
My goal is to provide this information to others through this blog.
