I suspect that many coaches supplement their tasks with mentoring and trainings and sometimes consulting. I also am guessing that this approach works with more clients than those who are looking for pure coaching.
My Definition of a Coach
Coaches can train, consultants can train and trainers train. In fact, to become a coach with certain certified organizations coaches must go through a training process.
Making Connections in Your Career
BEING CONNECTED has different meanings these days. It all depends where you are in your life and where you’ve been. For instance, one of the oldest meanings is if you are related to wealth and old money you are ” well connected”. Another meaning is if you are associated with the people in power, whether it be the higher ups in a large company, the political mavens in Party politics, or benefactors if you’re a struggling artist, you are well connected. Getting Publicity Using Freelancer Writers
If you are now a consultant or a coach rather instead of teaching or you want to get the word out to the rest of the world about your business, you need publicity. Print, on line or…
Using Content in Your Marketing Plan
Content marketing is becoming more important to several of my clients. They get it! If you are thinking of changing your career, moving the direction of your current business, or simply taking on a new business it really is important to think how you can provide content to your potential clients and customers. When I ask my clients what content they want to put on their website, on their blog or special report, it inevitably is about how wonderful their products or services are. That is their first mistake and if they base all their efforts of putting together content…
